I'm a baker. I like these extracts. I've used the traditional ones - vanilla, lemon - which are flavorful with deeper flavor than you can get from a regular brand. I've also tried some of the more unusual ones - fennel, rosemary, hot peppers. They are delicious in savory dishes, really raised the flavor profile. And one, lavender, which is lovely in muffins.

Finding a small-batch company that nails both classic and adventurous flavors is a total win. Their vanilla is my go to for baking, but the real game changer has been the mint extract! I use it in my tzatziki and spanakopita when I don't have fresh sprigs on hand. It’s also great for mojitos! I’m already looking forward to my next order to spice up my margaritas with the Trio de Fuego and elevate my mocktails with the Garnet. It’s a pleasure to find extracts this versatile, and I love being able to support a small business that clearly prioritizes quality.

I love Culinary ‘Clair- I use these products everyday! I bake with Vanilla Air and I use Mint Condition, Lucious Lemon, and Ginger Glow in my daily tea. Mint Condition is also great in mojitos! I love Fennel Bloom and Lucious Lemon in dressings and toss veggies in them with some olive oil & salt and pepper. The Trio de Fuego and Green Ember are a nice addition to a margarita to add some spice! The best part is a little goes a long a way!
